Sacha Boey’s impressive performances for Galatasaray have seen him reportedly draw attention from several clubs, including Manchester United.

On October 21st, Fotospor stated the Red Devils were one of the clubs to have had a scout in attendance to watch the right-back against Beşiktaş.

Sporx now talk about Manchester United’s interest and add that they are following the 23-year-old closely.

The Frenchman’s deal runs down in 2025 and if he doesn’t leave the Istanbul club in January, the report says his exit is ‘considered highly likely’ after this season.. and for a ‘high fee’.

Sporx don’t mention what constitutes a high price for Boey next summer, when he’ll have a year left on his deal.

Manchester United’s desire to sign the defender is backed up by Haberler, who add that they are keen on him. Erik ten Hag’s side watched the player closely when they faced Galatasaray in the Champions League last month.

It’s said the Premier League side are ‘very keen’ on Boey, which is why they have already sent their scouts to watch him in action for the Turkish champions.

Arsenal have Boey high on their target list and Haberler claim that they will have a ‘face off’ with Manchester United to secure his services.

Two days ago, Ekstra Bladet reported Manchester United and Aston Villa were among the clubs to have sent scouts to take a closer look at Brøndby IF star Nicolai Vallys live in action against FC Nordsjælland.

The attacking midfielder impressed the Red Devils and the Villans by scoring the winner in his side’s 2-1 victory at the weekend.

Wednesday’s Ekstra Bladet states Manchester United, Aston Villa, VfL Wolfsburg, Real Betis, Marseille and PSV Eindhoven are all ‘queuing up’ for the 27-year-old.

The Denmark international has scored seven goals this season and has a deal lasting until 2026. His style of play and football intelligence has seen him attract interest from several clubs.

According to the newspaper, the Danish club valued their star at €10m in the last window, and will have to ‘adjust the price tag’ if the player has to fulfil his wish to move to a top league.

With Manchester United and Aston Villa among the clubs in the picture, Ekstra Bladet say Brøndby sporting director Carsten V. Jensen shouldn’t expect more than €6m for Vallys, even though he’s ‘one of the Superliga’s absolute best players.’

That’s because it’s not often for experienced players from the Danish league to be sold to a top league for a large sum.

Jensen’s desire is for Vallys to end his career at Brøndby but the report says that’s ‘unlikely to happen’.

Hyping up interest from big Premier League clubs, whilst talking down the price doesn’t make a great deal of sense. That could raise suspicion this is more an internal issue between Brøndby and the player.

Manchester United are in the picture for AC Milan star Rafael Leão, according to a surprise claim in Italy.

The winger was unhappy with Stefano Pioli’s decision to take him off the pitch in his side’s 2-2 draw against Napoli last weekend. Calciomercato.it point that out and add the coach seems to be having ‘bit of difficulty’ managing him.

Leão has scored three goals and registered four assists from 13 games this season and his form has dropped when compared to last season.

It’s claimed ‘things could radically change’ for him if his performances don’t improve, as his future at the San Siro ‘no longer seems certain’. When discussing options, Manchester United are mentioned.

Even though there’s been suggestions of Manchester City interest elsewhere, the outlet states Milan must ‘keep an eye’ on both Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain. PSG may look at Leão to replace Kylian Mbappé, if the latter were to leave after this season.

Calciomercato.it explain the 24-year-old could decide to part ways with the Serie A side if there’s the ‘right offer’, but they don’t mention what’s deemed as the ‘right offer’.

Leão operates on the left wing, a position that’s currently occupied by Marcus Rashford and Alejandro Garnacho at Manchester United, and the latter two signed long-term deals at Old Trafford earlier this year.

This rumour feels a little forced, so it’s worth waiting for more before taking it especially seriously.

Real Sociedad star Robin Le Normand has emerged as a ‘new wish’ for Manchester United, according to Fichajes.net.

The centre-back has impressed for the Spanish club in the league and Champions League this season, and that hasn’t gone unnoticed with other European clubs.

Manchester United have joined the chase for the 26-year-old and it’s even claimed they are one of the clubs best positioned to sign him.

Fichajes.net state Erik ten Hag’s side are urgently looking to bolster their defence, more so if Harry Maguire were to make a move elsewhere.

This is where the Spain international would fit in, and could compliment both Raphaël Varane and Lisandro Martínez.

Along with the Premier League side, Real Madrid are also in the picture to sign the player, and the report states they have identified him as a defensive target for next summer.

Le Normand has a deal until 2026 and with these two clubs likely to compete for his signature, at least according to the report, it’s stated his ‘future is full of possibilities’.

Fichajes.net don’t mention if Manchester United have a desire to sign the player in January or next summer. If it’s the former, it wouldn’t make sense for them to create an urgent need to strengthen the defence by offloading Maguire.

It remains to be seen if this claim will be backed up other outlets in Spain or England.

The attacking midfielder has impressed this season, scoring seven goals and registering one assist from 11 games. On Sunday, he starred by netting the winner in his side’s 2-1 victory over FC Nordsjælland.

Vallys’ performances have caught the attention of several clubs, including Manchester United, Aston Villa and Southampton.

It’s claimed the Premier League duo, the Saints, VfL Wolfsburg, Real Betis, Marseille and PSV Eindhoven all had officials in attendance yesterday to watch the 27-year-old live in action against Nordsjælland.

Among these clubs, the report states PSV had sent their chief scout to take a closer look at the Denmark international and others.

When describing his latest performance, Ekstra Bladet say Vallys showcased his qualities to the scouts who were in attendance and he’s the ‘epitome of football intelligence at a high level.’

The Dane’s deal lasts until 2026 and Brøndby manager Jesper Sørensen has admitted that he’s not surprised other clubs have set their sights on him.

“I don’t go about my day worrying about whether we can keep Vallys. But if there is someone else who thinks Vallys is more talented than us, then I can really understand that,” he said.

Despite the likes of Manchester United, Aston Villa and Southampton watching Vallys, the newspaper questions if many big clubs would ‘put large sums of millions’ on the table for a player who turned 27 years of age in September.

Manchester United were one of the clubs that failed to sign Jude Bellingham earlier in this career.

The midfielder came up through the ranks of Birmingham City’s youth team and made his way into their first team at the age of 16. His rapid development at the Midlands club attracted interest from Manchester United and clubs across Europe.

In the end, the 20-year-old snubbed the Red Devils and others to join Borussia Dortmund in 2020.

Sport have published an interview with UE Cornellà director Andrés Manzano, who was the sporting advisor for Birmingham City when the England international climbed through their ranks.

The Spaniard has admitted that he was left speechless when he watched Bellingham in action for the first time.

“We went to watch a U23 game that was playing against a senior team. I remember that, after 10 minutes, I asked for the first time how old the number 7 was. They told me he was from 2003,” he said.

“I thought he couldn’t be and I was shocked. I was embarrassed to ask again for fear that they would think I didn’t understand English, but I ended up doing it. The director of the academy repeated that he was from 2003. So, I thought that that player was of another level.”

Despite drawing the attention of several clubs, Manzano reveals that those at Birmingham City were of the belief that Manchester United would be the young star’s next destination, before he decided to join BVB.

“From the club, I will not deceive you, it looked good that he would go to Manchester because in the end it is a closer club and you could have a series of exchanges, but he and the family decided that the best option was Borussia Dortmund. And I thought he was right,” Manzano explained.

Bellingham excelled during his time at Germany and that helped him to seal a move to Real Madrid in the last window. He has been the La Liga side’s standout player this season, scoring 11 goals and registering three assists from 12 games.

David de Gea spent 12 years at Manchester United before leaving them as a free agent in the summer.

His exit saw the Red Devils bring in André Onana from Inter Milan in the last window and the 27-year-old has been the first-choice goalkeeper under Erik ten Hag this season.

Onana’s personal goalkeeping coach Yvan Castillo gave an interview to Sportitalia and one of the topics discussed was his move to Manchester United.

The Cameroonian arrived at the San Siro as a free agent in 2022 and was one of the key players in the Inter side that made it to the Champions League final last season. He was bonding well with the Serie A side and their supporters before joining the Premier League side.

“André has always done well everywhere, he believes that Inter and the city of Milan will always be his home,” he said.

“Logically, when you receive a call like the one from Manchester United, to play in the Premier League and continue at the highest level, you get excited. But I repeat that he is grateful and always follows with affection the teams he played for, Barcelona, Ajax and Inter.”

The former Ajax man’s start to his Manchester United career has been mixed and, he’s kept four clean sheets and conceded 20 goals from 13 games. He also made mistakes in the Champions League this season and his overall form has been subject to criticism.

“André is a winner with a very strong character. The first thing he had in mind was to work harder,” Castillo explained.

When asked if anything has changed with Onana’s training after being subjected to criticism and pressure, his personal coach added: “He’s a great professional and from the first moment he focused on how to continue to improve by training even harder.”

Earlier this week, the stopper saved a penalty in injury time against FC Copenhagen and that was vital in helping Manchester United collect three points in the European tie.

“On Tuesday we saw the André we are used to, decisive for his team, in his best version. He has been working very hard for many years, he is prepared for this type of match in such a demanding competition like this,” Castillo said.

On Tuesday, Harry Maguire and André Onana starred for Manchester United in their 1-0 win over FC Copenhagen in the Champions League.

The 30-year-old defender got his name on the scoresheet and the goalkeeper blocked Jordan Larsson’s penalty in injury time, which helped the Red Devils collect three points at Old Trafford.

In the build up to the spot kick, Alejandro Garnacho was seen scuffing the penalty spot. After the tie, Norway’s VG showed the incident to Copenhagen’s Mohamed Elyounoussi and he didn’t seem to blame the Manchester United player.

“I didn’t get it right then and there. I don’t know how much that affected the penalty. Jordan still got a good penalty kick, but it was a good save. It’s cynicism, it’s part of top football, you really just have to learn more from it,” he said.

The 29-year-old winger’s feelings weren’t shared by his teammate, Rasmus Falk, who told VG that “it’s a bad style”.

Copenhagen manager Jacob Neestrup wasn’t pleased with what the Manchester United forward did and insisted that he should be punished for his behaviour.

“It is up to referees and associations to set limits, all you have to do is give a red card for something like that, then people stop doing it,” Neestrup told VG.

The latest result was Manchester United’s first win in the Champions League this season, and they are third in the table, a point behind second placed Galatasaray and six points behind leaders Bayern Munich.

The Norway international isn’t pleased that his side weren’t able to pick up a point from their trip to Old Trafford.

“It’s a shame that we can’t manage one point. It is a disappointing feeling. But it’s not because of Jordan that we lose the game,” Elyounoussi explained.

“I have experienced several times coming here, and that you have a lot of the ball. They are not as aggressive as other teams in the press, but we have respect for them. I think we manage to neutralise the dangers they have.”

On Monday, FC Copenhagen manager Jacob Neestrup confirmed that Andreas Cornelius will miss the Champions League tie against Manchester United.

Neestrup had also stated Birger Meling would undergo scans to find out whether he could have any involvement at Old Trafford on Tuesday.

At the weekend, the Norway international picked up an injury and came off the pitch after 35 minutes in his side’s 2-1 win over Vejle BK.

According to Bergens Tidende, the left-back is not included in the squad to face Erik ten Hag’s side. It’s claimed the 28-year-old wasn’t ready on time and will miss the midweek European tie.

Bergens Tidende’s report is backed up Aftenposten as they also state the injury has forced the fullback to miss Tuesday’s fixture against Manchester United.

Both outlets provide no information on the details of the defender’s setback but make it clear that he will not be included in the squad for the Champions League match at Old Trafford.

Christian Sørensen, who replaced Meling against Vejle, is part of the Danish club’s squad that travelled to England and could start later today.

Brighton & Hove Albion were reportedly not able to sign Sacha Boey in the last window and continue to have him on their agenda. Manchester United and Burnley have joined the Seagulls in keeping tabs on the Galatasaray player.

That’s according to Fotospor, who state the Premier League trio want to take a closer look at the right-back.

Galatasaray will face Beşiktaş in their derby clash later today and it’s claimed Manchester United, Burnley and Brighton will have scouts in attendance to watch Boey live in action.

The 23-year-old has scored one goal from 16 games this season and his displays have seen him attract attention from several clubs.

At the same time, France manager Didier Deschamps admitted earlier this month Boey could receive a national team call-up in the future.

Manchester United, Burnley and Brighton scouts could look at other players during their trip to Istanbul but the report says Boey is the ‘favourite name’ for them.

Erik ten Hag and his side have already seen the Frenchman closely, when he played the full 90 minutes in Galatasaray’s 3-2 win at Old Trafford.

Apart from the English clubs, Fotospor state scouts from unnamed Spanish, French and Italian clubs will also follow the fullback against Beşiktaş.
